1. Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the booking date are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to the booking date will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking date are non-refundable.
2. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain promotional packages, special offers, and discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to arrive at the property on the scheduled date.
4. Modifications and Rescheduling
- Modifications to bookings can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling may incur additional charges depending on the new booking details.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
